Little did I know that drinking milk can cause one to transform to a thing of beauty:
How quickly can I drink a gallon of milk before I look like that? (or throw up the fried rice that I had for lunch…)
And since I can’t quite embed this video of Japanese marketing funniness..here is the direct link—> Yuko needs to drink more milk!
I tip my hat at the Japan Dairy Council for promoting milk-consumption in their island country!
Maybe I will put my own lactose-intolerance aside, fill up a glass of milk and drink up. Banzai!

Re, lactose intolerant, have you heard of Prolactazyme Forte capsules? I came across this via the site below a few years back when I first realised I was LI, really helped. Others on the forum who haven’t touched milk products for years absolutely swear by it.

I didn’t know you were lactose intolerant…that’s sad. I hope that never happens to me, I eat loads of dairy all the time. Our house is dairy city–mice would think they died and gone to heaven if they ever found their way into our fridge.
